Levis for commuting
Levi’s have created Commuter Jeans incorporating a utility waist band designed for u-lock storage, fabric treatment for water and dirt resistance and reflective taping. They have also tailored a jacket to match.
I am not really a fan of carrying a lock in this fashion, and I do wonder how well this detail works when using a belt. However I love the detail with the reflective taping in the cuff.
It is definitely great to see a really mainstream company taking bicycle users seriously, and hope other companies take note.
